The Spoon Trade is a gathering place in the heart of the five cities in Grover Beach. You can trust the food and drink to be sourced and prepared with care and creativity. The owners celebrate the diverse bounty of California and rotate offerings with the seasons.
Alongside the food will be an eclectic drink list, featuring craft beer and small production wine. Brooke Town will source producers that keep sustainability and natural processes at the forefront.

The dinner menu is a collection of Chef, Jacob Town’s favorite things to cook, serve and eat. Jacob will use locally sourced products to create modern dishes that nod to the classics. Look for comforting entrées, such as Fried Chicken and Waffles or our fresh made pasta.
The menus will fluctuate with the season, allowing the guest to experience something new with every visit.

- Happy hour seating is NOT reservable. Our designated snack menu is available on a first come first serve basis in our bar area. Thank you!
- Reservations available for parties of up to 10 guests.
- Babies are People. Please make sure they are included in your guest count.
- Reservations are available up to one month in advance.
- Weekend nights book up quickly!

- Any changes to your reservation (number of guests, arriving late/early), PLEASE CALL AHEAD!
- Cancellations with a minimum of 2 hours notice are highly appreciated. Late Cancellations and No Shows effect our dining room in a negative way, please stay in touch.
- We save space for walk-in dining, but this is often very limited.
- We hold a table for a maximum of 15 minutes. Please be on Time!
- You can book your reservation for up to 10 guests a maximum of one month in advance either online through Tock Reservations (click the handy button at the bottom) or by calling us at (805) 904 6773.
- While we always strive to accommodate last minute additions to a party, it is NOT always possible. If you do wish to change the number of guests in your party, please call ahead! Also, please do be aware: Children and Infants ARE PEOPLE. If you have six adults and two babies, you have a party of 8, not a party of 6, regardless of whether they are actually dining or not
- Sometimes we do private events on our patio or in the entire restaurant. These special events have purchase minimums and require advanced planning. If you are interested in booking a large group or private event, please email info@thespoontrade.com to start the conversation.
